Summertime Southport NC
Summer is here in Southport North Carolina. The 4th of July
Festival will begin soon, and it is always time for an afternoon
or morining at the Southport Waterfront Park on the Cape Fear
River. Just relax and enjoy the views of the river with Bald Head
Island and Caswell Beach in the background, or walk out on the
City Pier. Watch the sailboats and ships traverse the waters of the
Cape Fear, and listen to the songs of the sea gulls. Summer is good
in Southport NC. We actually think Southport is always pretty great!
